Impacted Wisdom Tooth is a medical terms for wisdom tooth that do not have enough room to come out from the jaw. Some times impacted tooth is coming at the wrong angle too.

Majority of human has two pairs of wisdom tooth. So there is often not enough room for all two pairs of wisdom tooth to grow prefectly.

Some wisdom tooth, altough slightly impacted, will remain buried inside the gum and will not cause any serious problems. Some, however, can cause major implication including pain, bacteria infection and bad breath caused by food trapped in the impacted wisdom tooth.

Impacted wisdom tooth often required removal of the wisdom tooth itself, using surgical procedures. It is a common procedure and dentist oftens recommended the removal of impacted wisdom tooth before the problem getting worse.
