Why do we need to perform Wisdom Tooth Removal?

Wisdom tooth removal is neccessary when our wisdom tooth are under few conditions:

  1. By the time wisdom tooth come out, our jaw is not large enough, or there is not enough room for the wisdom tooth to fully erupt in. When that happened, the wsidom tooth is not capable to perform its job - to chew and to crush food.
  2. Wisdom tooth is only partially erupt and that allows bacteria to enter into the erupt point and causing painful infection. Symptoms of wisdom tooth bacteria infection included painfulness, swelling around wisdom tooth, your jaw becomes stiff and other illness such as headache and slight fever.
  3. Decay to other teeth made by wisdom tooth. When wisdom tooth is habing a bad alighment, it tends to push towards other second molars. That will make the other teeth more vulnerable to decay by eruption of plaque and debris.
  4. More seriously, a tumor may develop from cysts, a fluid-filled sacs, which formed when wisdom tooth is having poor alignment. Cysts could form tumors if left untreated.
